PARALYMPIC GAMES
Hired by Little Dots Studios, I oversaw a team of 30+ Social Media Managers, Content Editors and Graphic Designers who took ownership of the Paralympic Games' channels during Paris 2024.
Our team managed a complete end-to-end solution ensuring all official accounts were fresh, informative and maintained their own tone of voice during the Games as well as pre and post games periods. -
UEFA EURO 2024
Utilising my expertise from EURO 2020, I helped supercharge Whisper’s digital production team to ensure innovation and best practice were at the forefront of our content.
I helped refine Whisper’s approach for creating content during media days and matches for UEFA’s owned and operated channels, as well as broadcast partners.
I was responsible for upholding best practices throughout the tournament, ensuring that all output met the highest standards of quality.

IMG STUDIOS
I led digital strategy and content initiatives for prominent sports federations, leagues, and brands, driving revenue growth and profitability while crafting compelling digital experiences.
Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Digital Strategy and Content division, I consistently surpassed financial targets and ensured profitability.
Directing a dynamic team, I fostered collaboration and excellence to develop and execute innovative digital strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

FIFA WORLD CUP
I orchestrated the strategic planning and execution of a team comprising 32 Digital First Content Creators, entrusted with the task of producing mobile-shot content tailored specifically for FIFA and their broadcast partners.
We captured content from various settings including training sessions, bus journeys, green screen shoots, and everyday team activities, including fan engagement.
The produced content was utilised by prominent broadcasters such as BBC, ITV, FOX, SBS.

The Open
From 2015 to 2023, I project managed the teams producing in-play, highlights and bespoke digital content for The Open’s social channels.
I not only established workflows but also offered innovative solutions to facilitate the creation of impactful content initiatives. Working both on-site and remotely, our hybrid team enabled us to provide a best in-class content solution.
I devised and implemented strategic plans aimed at generating compelling content to enhance the tournament's global presence and engagement across various social media platforms, reinforcing The Open's status as a golf’s original and most prestigious major. -
Euroleague
I spearheaded the establishment of a dedicated digital team for Euroleague Basketball.
Our primary objective was to overhaul their digital content production infrastructure, spanning game nights, reactive content, and static graphic design.
Collaborating closely with their in-house social media team, our efforts yielded outstanding results, including 357% year-over-year surge in video viewership, skyrocketing from 27 million videos in the 2015/16 season to 126 million video views in the 2016/17 season - achieving a 50% increase on YouTube. -
UEFA EEC
I established and led a specialised Extra Editorial Content (EEC) team, who shaped UEFA's social media presence across prestigious competitions such as UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
Our collaboration with UEFA's social team greatly contributed to the exceptional growth of UEFA's Instagram account, surpassing 70 million followers and becoming the most followed sports league on the platform, surpassing the NBA.
The work culminated with the production of digital features across UEFA EURO 2020. -
Rugby World Cup
From 2015 to 2023, I led digital highlight production across multiple Rugby World Cup tournaments on behalf of HBS for World Rugby, including both the men's and women's events.
As a project manager, I initiated and coordinated these projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Offering innovative technical solutions, I optimised workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
In 2023, I took on additional responsibilities, partnering with World Rugby Studios to oversee the development and delivery of The Big Jim Show, featured on Rugby Pass and X during the Rugby World Cup. -
FIVB
Over the span of several years, I collaborated extensively with FIVB, overseeing various content streams for several competitions such as the FIVB World Championships, Olympic qualifiers, FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships, and the inaugural editions of the Volleyball Nations League.
My responsibilities encompassed managing the shooting and editing of digital content both on-site and remotely, crafting highlights, and producing social media content for FIVB and their broadcast partners.
Additionally, I coordinated with a large team to ensure the seamless production and integration of content into the World Feed to enrich the overall broadcast experience. -
